摘要 高炉冶炼生产中,电动鼓风机是高炉重要的供风设备,鼓风机的安全稳定运行是高炉连续冶炼的保证,该文主要研究来自于PLC控制系统外部因素产生的干扰给机组安全运行带来的影响,针对存在的问题进行剖析,设计发明一种基于PLC的高炉电动鼓风机仪表信号抗干扰系统,分别从电源中性点匹配隔离、直流供电电源冗余、三取中值逻辑判别、接地系统分离等方面,对PLC计算机控制系统的外部干扰因素采取一系列技术措施,通过对比现场应用效果,提高了电动鼓风机组运行的可靠性和稳定性。 In blast furnace smelting production,Electric blower of blast furnace is important for the wind device,safe and stable operation of the blower is a guarantee of continuous smelting blast furnace,this paper mainly study from the external factors of PLC control system of the effects of dry stroke to the safe operation of the unit,analyzes on the existing problems,and devised a kind of instrument based on electric blast furnace blower PLC logic control signal anti-jamming system.A series of technical measures are taken to the external interference factors of PLC computer control system from the aspects of power supply neutral matching isolation,dc power supply redundancy,three median logic discrimination,grounding system separation,etc.By comparing the field application effect,the reliability and stability of electric blower group operation are improved.
