Sysmex XN-1000全自动血细胞分析仪体液模式在脑脊液、胸腹水细胞计数及分类计数中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨Sysmex XN-1000全自动血细胞分析仪体液模式在脑脊液、胸腹水标本细胞计数及分类计数中的应用价值。方法抽取2020年6月至2020年12月在临汾市中心医院住院的150例患者的150份体液标本作为研究对象。将收集到的150份体液标本分别使用Sysmex XN-1000全自动血细胞分析仪(仪器法)与改良牛鲍计数板(手工法)进行计数。比较两种计数方式的精密度、携带污染率及胸腹水、脑脊液的各项参数。结果手工法在白细胞、红细胞高、中、低3种水平中的变异系数均高于仪器法,即精密度低于仪器法(P<0.05);手工法检测白细胞、红细胞携带污染率(0.024%,0.13%)均高于仪器法(0.004%,0),P<0.05;两种计数方法测得的胸腹水、脑脊液的各项参数比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对脑脊液和胸腹水标本的细胞计数、分类计数采用Sysmex XN-1000全自动血细胞分析仪体液检测模式进行检测,结果更精准,且携带污染率低,临床应用价值较高。 Objective To investigate the application value of body fluid pattern of Sysmex XN-1000 automatic hematology analyzer in cell count and classification count of cerebrospinal fluid and pleuroperitoneal fluid samples.Methods A total of 150 body fluid samples from 150 patients hospitalized in Linfen Central Hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The 150 collected body fluid samples were counted by Sysmex XN-1000 automatic blood cell analyzer(instrument method)and the improved bovine abalone counting plate(manual method).The precision,carrying contamination rate and parameters of pleuroperitoneal fluid and cerebrospinal fluid were compared between the two counting methods.Results The coefficient of variation of white blood cell and red blood cell(high,medium and low levels)detected by manual method were higher than those detected by instrument method,that is,the precision was lower than that of the instrument method(P<0.05).The contamination rate of white blood cells and red blood cells detected by manual method(0.024%,0.13%)were higher than those detected by instrument method(0.004%,0.00%),P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the parameters of pleuroperitoneal fluid and cerebrospinal fluid measured by the two counting methods(P>0.05).Conclusions The cell count and classification count of cerebrospinal fluid and pleuroperitoneal fluid detected by the body fluid detection mode of Sysmex XN-1000 automatic blood cell analyzer are more accurate,the carrying pollution rate is low,and the clinical application value is high.
