协同创新对技术升级的影响路径研究:基于PLS-SEM模型 被引量:1

摘要 从协同创新模式视角,分析协同效应下区域协同创新影响技术升级的多重路径和政府的作用,利用2001-2018年中国省际面板数据,基于PLS-SEM模型进行实证检验。研究发现,协同创新促进技术升级的直接路径不显著,间接路径部分显著;知识创新质量不高是现阶段升级困难的重要原因之一;政府支持总体上有积极影响,但在沿海地区效果不显著;沿海地区技术升级以学研主导型—人力资本提升路径为主,内陆地区技术升级路径更多样且各路径影响效应相当。 From the perspective of collaborative innovation modes, this study analyses the multi-paths of their influences on regional technology upgrading within the synergistic effect framework and government roles. With China’s provincial panel data from 2001 to 2018, an empirical analysis is conducted on the PLS-SEM model. It is found that direct paths are not significant, while indirect paths are partially significant with regards to technology upgrading through collaborative innovation. Currently, low knowledge innovation quality constitutes the chief cause among other technological upgrading difficulties. Despite of an overall positive effect of government support in all samples, it functions insignificantly in coastal areas. In coastal areas, prominent technology upgrading results from collaborative innovation driven by human capitals and research institutions. By contrast, in inland areas, the paths of technological upgrading are more diverse, and their impact effects are similar..
