摘要
新工科建设是我国深化工程教育改革的一项重要举措。在此背景下,亟待分析新工科背景下工程人才的核心能力素养的应然要求,提出新工科人才核心能力素养框架;从课程视角开展调查研究,指出新工科人才核心能力素养并未全面反映在教学实施当中的实然问题;提出新工科人才培养改革路径:构建跨学科工程人才培养课程体系、把人类深层次发展需求落实到专业课程教学目标中、形成系统的工程实践能力培养体系、扩展学生国际视野,以培养出适应并引领世界经济产业发展的新时代高素质工程人才。
The construction of emerging engineering education is an important measure to deepen the engineering education reform in China. This paper analyzes the inevitable requirements laid on engineering talents’ core competence literacy against the background of emerging engineering education. It then puts forward the core competence literacy framework for emerging engineering talents. Starting from an investigation from the curriculum perspective, it points out that the core competence literacy of emerging engineering talents does not get a full implementation in the teaching practice. This paper therefor puts forward the reform paths of emerging engineering talent training. It is necessary to construct an interdisciplinary engineering training curriculum system, and implement the deep-seated human development needs into the teaching objectives of professional courses. A systematic training system of practical engineering ability expands students’ international vision, cultivates high-quality engineering talents who adapt themselves to and take the lead in world’s economy and industry development in the new era.
