摘要
分析2011—2021年健康成年人游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量与地理环境的关系,建立相关的预测回归方程,探索游离脂肪酸空间分布特征。运用SPSS探索地理环境与游离脂肪酸的相关性,将具有相关性的地理因子作为解释变量,建立相应的回归方程模型,选择优质模型将2317个城市游离脂肪酸预测值插值地图中得到游离脂肪酸空间分布图。结果表明:(1)地理环境对健康成年人游离脂肪酸参考值有影响,FFA值与经度、年平均风速、表土粉粒百分率、表土pH值、表土总可交换量、T-CaCO_(3)正相关;FFA与海拔、表土砂砾百分率负相关。(2)东部地区游离脂肪酸参考值高于西部地区。(3)健康的中国成年人游离脂肪酸参考值范围是0.19~0.47 mmol/L,将相关的地理指标带入岭回归方程=0.40541+0.00002X_(1)-0.00005X_(3)+0.01654X_(5)-0.00041X_(12)+0.0003X_(11)-0.0062X_(7)+0.00108X_(10)+0.00297X_(9)±0.113可得到该地区中年人脂肪酸的参考值,为不同地区中国健康成年人建立了游离脂肪酸参考值范围。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the connection between free fatty acids(FFA)in healthy adults and geographical environment from 2011 to 2021,to establish relevant predictive regression equations,and to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of FFA.The correlation between geographic environment and FFA is explored by SPSS,and geographic factors with correlation are selected as explanatory variables,then the matching regression equation model is built.A high quality model was selected to interpolate the FFA forecast value of 2317 cities,and the spatial distribution of FFA values was acquired.The results show that the geographical environment has an impact for healthy adults on the FFA reference value.The FFA value is positively correlated with longitude,annual average wind speed,topsoil silt percentage,topsoil PH,total exchangeable topsoil,and T-CaCO_(3).And FFA with altitude、topsoil gravel percentage are negative correlation.In the eastern region,the reference value of FFA is higher than that of the western area.The FFA reference value range of healthy Chinese adults is 0.19~0.47mmol/L,which brings the relevant geographic indicators into the ridge regression equation=0.40541+0.00002X_(1)-0.00005X_(3)+0.01654X_(5)-0.00041X_(12)+0.0003X_(11)-0.0062X_(7)+0.00108X_(10)+0.00297X_(9)±0.113 can get the reference value of fatty acid for middle-aged people in this area,which could better establish the reference value range of FFA for Chinese healthy adults in different regions.
