摘要
运用SBM模型结合曼奎斯特指数测算2004—2018年黄河流域65个地级市的绿色全要素生产率,并通过莫兰指数分析其空间自相关性,随后通过构建空间杜宾模型研究黄河流域的绿色技术创新如何驱动绿色全要素生产率的发展。研究发现:黄河上游城市的绿色发展略逊于中下游城市,呈现出以黄河中下游城市为重心的绿色发展现状;各个城市的绿色技术创新主要通过直接效应对地区绿色全要素生产率产生显著促进作用,但对周边城市影响并不显著。据此提出黄河流域“因地制宜、促进技术交流”的绿色发展建议,以实现流域内生态环境保护与高质量发展。
Based on the SBM model and Malmquist index,this paper constructs the green total factor productivity of 65 cities of the Yellow River Basin from 2004 to 2018,and analyzes its spatial autocorrelation through Moran Index.Then,by constructing Spatial Durbin Model,how green technology innovation in the Yellow River Basin drives the development of green total factor productivity is researched.It is found that:①The green development of the upper reaches of the Yellow River is slightly inferior to that of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River,showing the present situation that middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River are taken as the center of green development.②The green technology innovation of each city mainly promotes regional green development through the direct effect,which has the remarkable promotion function to the local green total factor productivity enhancement,but the influence to the surrounding city is not significant.Therefore,strategies of achieving the improvement of green total factor productivity according to the different situation to promote communication are put forward to realize the aim of ecological protection and high quality development in the Yellow River Basin.
