科技金融生态系统对区域科创企业培育的影响路径研究

Research on the Impact Path of Technology Financial Ecosystem on Regional Innovation Capability

基于科技金融对创新的重要作用,本文分析了科技金融生态系统的要素及科技金融生态系统支持创新的服务模式,提出了科技金融生态系统对区域培育科创企业的影响路径。研究结果表明,科技金融生态系统通过金融机构资金融通路径、科创企业产业培育路径、科研单位创新激励路径及政府科技部门政策协同路径,实现了资金链、产业链、创新链、政策链的深度融合,并通过风险共担及收益共享实现了科技金融生态系统各要素的协同效应和融合共生。在此基础上,提出充分发挥科技金融生态系统各要素功能、鼓励科技金融产品创新、提升科技金融生态系统对技术创新失败的风险容忍度、大力培育科技金融人才队伍和充分发挥政府科技部门支持作用的政策建议。

Based on the important role of technology finance in innovation, this paper analyzes the elements of technology financial ecosystem and the service model of technology financial ecosystem supporting innovation, and puts forward the influence path of technology financial ecosystem on regional innovation ability. The results show that through the financing path of financial institutions, the industrial cultivation path of technology enterprises, the innovation incentive path of scientific research institutions and the policy coordination path of government technology departments, the technology financial ecosystem realizes the deep integration of capital chain, industry chain, innovation chain and policy chain, and realizes the synergy and fusion symbiosis of various elements of technology financial ecosystem through risk sharing and income sharing. On this basis, it is proposed to give full play to the functions of various elements of the technology financial ecosystem, encourage the innovation of technology financial products, enhance the risk tolerance of the technology financial ecosystem to the failure of technological innovation, vigorously cultivate technology financial talents and give full play to the policy support role of government science and technology departments.
