关于法定数字货币的文献综述

Literature Review on Legal Digital Currency

伴随着技术进步和金融科技快速发展,数字货币的兴起吸引了学术界、业界以及监管当局的广泛关注。在私人数字货币规模不断扩张、第三方支付蓬勃发展的同时,各国货币当局陆续开展法定数字货币的研究及发行工作。本文通过梳理已有文献,系统整理了法定数字货币的概念、属性、机制设计及影响,指出当前法定数字货币在实证研究、应用场景、理论及标准探索等方面仍存在的不足,并提出法定数字货币下一步的研究方向。

Along with the technological progress and the rapid development of financial technology, the rise of digital currency has attracted widespread attention from academia, industry and regulatory authorities. While the scale of private digital currency is expanding and the third-party payments are booming, the monetary authorities of various countries have successively carried out the research and issuance of legal digital currency. By reviewing the existing literature, this paper systematizes the concept, attributes, mechanism design and impact of legal digital currency, points out that there are still deficiencies in the current legal digital currency in empirical research, application scenarios, theoretical and standard exploration, and proposes the next research direction of legal digital currency.
