摘要 弹性波检测具有对裂缝敏感、操作简单等优点。为了提高无损检测混凝土裂缝深度的精度,提出了利用裂缝两端弹性波能量的衰减识别裂缝深度的方法。通过数值模拟试验方法确定了信号发射点、裂缝与信号接收点三者之间的合理位置关系,拟合得到了弹性波能量衰减比与裂缝深度的函数关系,同时考虑了钢筋及斜向裂缝对检测的影响,结果表明,所提出的能量衰减比法相比幅值衰减法检测精度更高,更符合工程实际地应用。 Elastic wave detection has the advantages of sensitivity to cracks and simple operation.In order to improve the accuracy of the concrete crack depth by non-destructive testing,the paper proposes the method of identifying the crack depth using the decay of the flexible wave energy in both ends of the crack.The reasonable positional relationship among the signal emission point,the crack and the signal receiving point triple is determined by the numerical simulation test,and the fitting of the elastic wave energy attenuation ratio and the depth of the crack is obtained.At the same time,steel bars and oblique cracks are considered.The results show that the proposed energy attenuation ratio is higher than the detection accuracy of the amplitude decrease,and is more in line with the actual application.
