乡村振兴视域下社会工作助推农村脱贫的思考

Thinking of Social Work Helping Rural Poverty Alleviation from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

“十三五”期间我国提出脱贫攻坚战略。伴随着全国脱贫攻坚目标任务的顺利完成,乡村振兴战略的全面布局,巩固脱贫成果的过程中,基于对脱贫工作的思考,积极反思制约社会工作发挥作用的因素。推动从基层党组织、购买服务机制、在地社会组织发展等方面着手,为后续脱贫成效巩固有效衔接乡村振兴提供借鉴。

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,China has put forward a poverty eradication strategy.In the whole battle against poverty,social work has been committed to promoting the completion of poverty eradication tasks.With the smooth completion of the national poverty eradication targets and tasks,the rural revitalization strategy is fully distributed.In the process of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,based on the thinking of poverty eradication work,we should actively reflect on the factors that restrict the role of social work.Promote the development of grass-roots party organizations,purchase service mechanisms,and local social organizations,etc.,to provide reference for the subsequent poverty alleviation results to consolidate and effectively connect rural revitalization.
