乡村振兴视角下乡村旅游经济路径探究——以环巢湖为例

Rural Tourism Economy from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization:Take Chaohu Lake as an Example

党的十九大报告正式提出了乡村振兴战略,并将乡村旅游作为促进乡村经济增收的主要渠道,同时国家乡村振兴局2021年正式建立,这表示当前“三农”工作已经从原先调动所有资源支持脱贫攻坚转向全方位实现乡村振兴。安徽省人民政府早在多年前关于旅游业改革,就提出了发展乡村旅游,依托各地的山水特色,培育乡村旅游产业聚集和环城市乡村旅游集聚带,优化乡村服务体系,加强乡村基础设施和旅游设施建设。尤其是近几年在乡村振兴推进下,当地开始将其乡村旅游作为旅游经济协调城乡发展的主要抓手,基于环巢湖的独特优势和政策利好,打造起了环巢湖乡村旅游圈,取得了一定效果。以当前环巢湖乡村旅游在区位、资源、经济、交通等层面的优势作为着手点,重点从旅游产业结构、旅游产品质量、旅游管理机制、智慧旅游、基础设施等层面重点对其乡村旅游经济路径进行了探究。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China formally put forward the Rural Revitalization Strategy and took rural tourism as the main channel to promote rural economic income.At the same time,the National Bureau for Rural Revitalization was officially established in 2021,which indicates that the current work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"has shifted from mobilizing all resources to support poverty alleviation to all-round Rural Revitalization.As early as many years ago,the people's Government of Anhui Province proposed to develop rural tourism,rely on the local landscape characteristics,cultivate rural tourism industry agglomeration and rural tourism agglomeration belt around the city,optimize the rural service system,and strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure and tourism facilities.Especially in recent years,with the promotion of rural revitalization,the local government began to take its rural tourism as the main starting point for the coordinated urban and rural development of tourism economy.Based on the unique advantages and favorable policies around Chaohu Lake,it has built a rural tourism circle around Chaohu Lake and achieved certain results.Taking the current advantages of rural tourism around Chaohu Lake in location,resources,economy and transportation as the starting point,this paper focuses on the economic path of rural tourism from the aspects of tourism industrial structure,tourism product quality,tourism management mechanism,smart tourism and infrastructure.
