摘要 推动新时代教育评价改革总体方案的区域实践,是全面贯彻落实党和国家关于教育评价改革总体要求的重要环节。深圳市罗湖区以发展素质教育为导向,积极推进区域教育评价改革实践研究,构建了“1+N+1”区域教育高质量发展监测评价体系。该体系由1个学段贯通的指标体系、N个统筹融合的诊断体系以及1个全程跟进的监控体系3个部分组成,从核心功能、体系构成和运行机制3个方面回答了区域教育质量监测评价体系建设“为什么”“是什么”和“怎么做”的问题,更好地服务区域教育发展。 Promoting the regional practice of the overall plan of educational evaluation reform in the new era is an important link to fully implement the overall requirements of the Party and the state on educational evaluation reform.Guided by the development of quality-oriented education,Luohu District of Shenzhen City actively promotes the practical research on the reform of regional education evaluation,and constructs the“ 1+N+1”regional education high-quality development monitoring and evaluation system.The system consists of three parts:an index system that runs through the school section,N diagnosis systems that are integrated as a whole,and a monitoring system that follows up the whole process.It answers the questions of “why”,“what”and“how to do”in the construction of regional education quality monitoring and evaluation system from three aspects:core function,system composition and operation mechanism,and serves the development of regional education.
