P690QL1钢制LPG船C型舱消应力热处理研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究消应力热处理工艺对P690QL1高强调质钢性能的影响程度,采用柴油内燃法对P690QL1钢制3800 m^(3)全压式LPG运输船C型舱和产品焊接试板进行了整体消应力热处理。对热处理前后罐体多个部位进行应力测试,结果表明,1^(#)罐和2^(#)罐热处理前后焊缝残余应力平均下降了63.1%和61.1%;对产品焊接试板进行力学性能试验,分析了接头不同部位的性能和分布规律,结果表明消应力热处理后的P690QL1钢焊接接头力学性能指标满足船级社规范和设计要求。通过分析研究,为整体消应力热处理工艺应用于P690QL1高强钢建造LPG运输船C型舱提供了参考依据。 In order to study the effect of stress-relief heat treatment on the properties of P690QL1 high-strength quenched and tempered steel,diesel internal combustion method was used for overall stress-relief heat treatment of the Type C tanks of 3800 m^(3)LPG carrier.The stress of different parts of the tank body before and after heat treatment was measured,and the test results show that the welding residual stress of the 1^(#)tank and the 2^(#)tank is reduced by 63.1%and 61.1%respectively.The mechanical properties of the product welding test plate were tested,and the properties and distribution rules of different parts were analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties of P690QL1 steel welded joints after stress relief heat treatment meet the requirements of classification societies and design requirements.This study provides a reference for the application of the overall stress-relief heat treatment in P690QL1 high-strength steel LPG carriers.
