摘要
密封面加工是压力容器制造中的关键工序,关乎整套设备的运行安全,但因大型压力容器自身尺寸大、吨位重,使得其关键部件密封面的加工难度增大。重点阐述了某大型压力容器三个关键部件密封面加工的关键技术,通过采用可靠的工装夹具,在大幅度提升机床加工范围基础上,有效地保证了大型压力容器关键部件密封面加工时找正的便捷性以及装夹的牢固性。通过改制刀具及使用合理的切削参数,再结合专用检具及光学测量仪器等检测手段,保证了关键部件密封面的尺寸精度及表面粗糙度,为现场的顺利装配打下了良好的基础,也为后续大型压力容器的制造提供了参考。
Sealing face machining is a key process in the manufacture of press vessel, which is related to the operation safety of the whole equipment.Due to the large size and heavy tonnage of large press vessel, the sealing face machining of its key components is more difficult.The sealing surface machining technology of three key components of a large press vessel was expounded.On the basis of greatly enhancing machine tool processing range, the convenient alignment and firm clamping were effectively ensured by using the reliable jigs when machining the sealing face of key components.In combination with special inspection tools and optical measuring instruments, the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the sealing face of key components were ensured by modifying cutting tools and using reasonable cutting parameters, which lays a good foundation for the successful assembly on site and provides an empirical reference for the subsequent manufacturing of large pressure vessels.
