摘要 文章旨在制备一种高性能且可完全降解的淀粉基黏合剂。以淀粉为主要原料、氢氧化钠(NaOH)为糊化剂、聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为改性剂,研究了绿色淀粉基黏合剂的制备条件。通过单因素变量法,对黏合剂性能进行表征,分析各组分含量等因素对产品性能的影响,确定最优配比。通过对不同黏结剂配方的黏结性能进行表征,根据实验数据确定了最佳产品配方为淀粉含量100份、NaOH含量1份、PPC含量20份、PVA含量25份、过硫酸钠含量0.4份、蒙脱土含量2.5份。所制备的绿色黏合剂操作简单、成本低廉、综合性能较好,在食品包装领域、塑料黏结等领域具有较大的实际应用价值。 The work aims to prepare a kind of starch-based adhesive with high performance and complete degradation.In this paper,the preparation conditions of green starch based adhesive were studied with starch as the main raw material,NaOH as the paste,PPC(poly propylene carbonate)and PVA(polyvinyl alcohol)as the modifier.The performance of the adhesive was characterized by single factor variable method,the influence of each component content on the product performance was analyzed,and the optimal ratio was determined.According to the experimental data,the best product formula was determined as 100 phr of starch,1 phr of NaOH,20 phr of PPC,25 phr of PVA,0.4 phr of sodium persulfate and 2.5 phr of montmorillonite.The prepared green adhesive was readily accessible and low-cost with good comprehensive performance.It has great practical application value in the field of food packaging and plastic bonding.
