摘要
碳点(CDs)是一种新型的荧光碳纳米材料,因其具有优良的荧光性能、较好的生物相容性以及简单易得的合成原料等优点,被广泛应用于药物残留检测。文章结合国内外相关研究成果,阐明了CDs荧光探针的作用机制,系统分析了无掺杂、掺杂金属元素或非金属元素以及基于适配体的CDs荧光探针在食品中四环素类抗生素残留检测中的研究现状,并对其发展前景进行展望,旨在有助于科技工作者们研制出功能更优的CDs荧光探针,推动药物残留检测技术的进一步发展。
Carbon dot(CDs)is a new type of fluorescent carbon nanomaterial,which has been widely used in drug residue detection due to its excellent fluorescence properties,good biocompatibility and easy availability of synthetic materials.Combined with relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper clarified the mechanism of action of CDs fluorescent probes,systematically analyzed the research status of undoped,doped metal elements,non-metallic element CDs fluorescent probes in detection of tetracycline antibiotic residues in food of animal origin,and prospected their development prospects.The aim is to help scientists to prepare better functional controllable CDs fluorescent probe for detection of tetracycline antibiotic residues.
