通过对已有自动答疑系统的分析 ,发现其中的问题 ,同时根据教师答疑的常见流程 ,提出了一个比较完善的解决方案。在方案中利用两个部分来满足用户的要求 ,同时在对学生疑问的解答上提出了三级检索的设计方案 ,利用了系统的信息自动处理能力 。

After analyzing the present system of automatic response to questions, the author finds out the problems about it and puts forward a comparatively perfect project based on the common flow of teachers' answering questions. The project, which makes use of the system's ability of automatic processing to meet the students' need for study, satisfies the user's require in two parts and proposes a third class retrival project aiming at the answering the student's questions.
