摘要
神经血管耦联是调节血液供应以满足神经元激活所需能量和氧气的重要神经微环路,钙离子在其中发挥着重要作用。将钙离子封存在光化学不稳定的化合物(钙笼)中的过程称为笼锁钙技术,而光解笼锁钙技术则是与笼锁钙技术相反的过程,通过使用合适波长的光源将钙离子从钙笼中释放出来发挥作用。光解笼锁钙技术可以实现在时间、空间及浓度上操控钙离子。笔者现就应用光解笼锁钙技术研究神经血管耦联的现状进行综述,以期为神经血管耦联领域中与钙离子有关的科学问题研究提供更加便利的工具以及增加研究的可行性。
Calcium ions play an important role in neurovascular coupling,an important neural microcircuit that regulates blood supply to meet the energy and oxygen requirements for neuronal activation.Sequestering intracellular calcium in a photochemically unstable compound(calcium cage)is called caged calcium.On the contrary,uncaging calcium technology is the opposite process against caged calcium and works by releasing free calcium from calcium cage in the presence of light with certain wavelength.Therefore,uncaging calcium is an effective tool by enabling the manipulation of calcium in time,space and concentration freely.Based on the uncaging calcium technology,this paper reviews the application of such technology in the studies of neurovascular coupling to provide more convenient tools and increase the feasibility of research in calcium ion related scientific problems in the neurovascular coupling field.
