摘要
二维钙钛矿材料不仅具有荧光量子效率高、光吸收系数高和增益系数高等优点,而且相对三维钙钛矿材料还有更好的环境稳定性,在光电器件领域受到了广泛关注。准二维钙钛矿得益于特有的多量子阱结构,具有快速的能量转移能力,使材料发光能力进一步提高,在激光器和发光二极管等发光器件领域取得了一定突破。首先详细介绍了二维钙钛矿的化学组成和量子阱结构,分别阐述了二维钙钛矿荧光量子产率、可调带隙、电子-声子耦合等性能。然后在总结了二维钙钛矿放大自发辐射机制的基础上,详细介绍了同源和多量子阱结构二维钙钛矿激光的研究进展。最后对二维钙钛矿在激光领域的发展趋势和挑战进行了展望。
Two-dimensional perovskite materials have the advantages of high fluorescence quantum efficiency,high optical absorption coefficient and high gain coefficient and so on,and have better environmental stability than three-dimensional perovskite materials,which have received extensive attention in the field of optoelectronic devices.The quasi-two-dimensional perovskite benefits from their unique multi-quantum well structure,and has the ability of rapid energy transfer,which further improves the luminescence capability of the material,and has made some breakthroughs in the field of light-emitting devices such as lasers and light-emitting diodes.Firstly,the chemical composition and quantum well structure of the two-dimensional perovskite are introduced in detail.The properties of two-dimensional perovskite are introduced respectively,such as fluorescence quantum yield,adjustable band gap,electron-phonon coupling and so on.Then,on the basis of summarizing the mechanism of two-dimensional perovskite amplified spontaneous emission,the research progress of two-dimensional perovskite laser with homogenous and multiple quantum well structures is introduced in detail.Finally,the development trend and challenges of two-dimensional perovskite in the laser field are prospected.
