青海省囊谦县鼠疫分离菌株病原学研究

摘要 对青海省囊谦县分离的36株鼠疫菌进行糖醇酵解实验、毒力因子、质粒谱和鼠疫菌差异区段(DFR)分型研究,结果表明,其中33株为青藏高原型菌株,1株为祁连山型,其余2株与青海省疫源地生态型菌株均不相同。21株鼠疫菌均含有4个毒力因子,占58.3%(21/36)。63.89%(23/36)的受试菌株Pgm阳性,22.22%(8/36)的受试菌株Pgm阴性,Pgm混合型菌株为13.89%(5/36)。5型和36型为该地区主要基因组型。囊谦县36株鼠疫菌共携带3种质粒,均为规范化质粒,组成1种质粒谱:6×10^(6)、45×10^(6)、65×10^(6)。 Thirty-six strains of Y.pestis isolated from Nangqian County,Qinghai Province were studied by Gly-colysis test,Virulence factor,Plasmid profile and differential region(DFR).The etiological characteristics of Yersin-ia pestis were analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the accurate and scientific prevention and control of plague in Nangqian County,Qinghai province.In this study,33 strains were Qinghai-Tibet Plateau type,1 strain was Qil-ian Mountain type,and the other 2 strains were different from the ecological type Qinghai Province.All 21 strains of Y.pestis contained 4 virulence factors,accounting for 58.3%(21/36).63.89%(23/36)of the tested strains were Pgm positive,22.22%(8/36)were Pgm negative,and the Pgm mixed strain was 13.89%(5/36).DFR typ-ing showed that type 5 and 36 were the main genotypes in the region.36 strains of Y.pestis in Nangqian county car-ried 3 plasmids,all of which were standardized plasmids,and constituted a plasmids spectrum:6×10^(6),45×10^(6),65×10^(6).The Y.pestis isolated from Nangqian County was consistent with the characteristics of Y.pestis in the natural foci of plague on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.Y.pestis had strong virulence,relatively stable biochemical traits and stable genotypes.However,it was still necessary to strengthen plague surveillance and detection research to prevent the local plague epidemic.
