电针治疗围绝经期情绪障碍研究进展

近年来,有关电针治疗围绝经期失眠、抑郁的临床及机制研究逐渐增多。电针能够有效改善围绝经期患者的相关情绪障碍,如延长睡眠时间、减少觉醒次数、减轻抑郁情绪等,提高患者的生活质量,其机制可能是调节相关神经递质、神经内分泌系统、相关炎症因子、影响Wnt/β-catenin、Notch等信号通路或调节肠道菌群。但现有研究在临床试验及实验机制方面仍存在不足之处,如电针疗法尚未形成完善的规范化模式,缺乏统一标准,多数研究建立于疗效验证的基础上,并未对电针的作用机制进行深入研究。今后需进一步规范电针的临床规范化操作及疗效评定标准,重视开展多中心、大样本的临床试验研究,同时对电针不同机制的作用靶点进行多层面研究,结合代谢组学、基因组学等技术加强对电针治疗围绝经期情绪障碍机制的探讨。

In recent years, the clinical and mechanistic studies on electro-acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia and depression have gradually increased.Electroacupuncture can effectively improve the related emotional disorders of perimenopausal patients, such as prolonging sleep time, reducing the number of awakenings, and reducing depression.Emotions, etc.,improve the quality of life of patients.The mechanism may be to regulate related neurotransmitters, neuroendocrine system, related inflammatory factors, affect Wnt/β-catenin, Notch and other signaling pathways or regulate intestinal flora.However, the existing research still has shortcomings in clinical trials and experimental mechanisms.For example, in electro-acupuncture research, there is not yet a perfect standardized model and there is a lack of unified standard.Besides, there is little in-depth research on the working mechanism of electro-acupuncture.In the future, it is necessary to further standardize the clinical standardized operation and efficacy evaluation standards of electro-acupuncture, attach importance to the development of multi-center and large-sample clinical trials, and conduct multi-level research on the targets of different mechanisms of electro-acupuncture, combining metabolomics, genomics, etc.The technology strengthens the discussion on the mechanism of electro-acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopausal mood disorders.
