旴江医家黄宫绣学术特色探析

黄宫绣被誉为江西历史十大名医之一,是“旴江医学群体”的重要成员,继承和发展了旴江医学的学术思想,尤其在脉学、本草、临证辨治等方面颇有见地。其中,本草学中“理与病符,药与病对”的特色体现在依功效分类编撰本草,依功效阐释药物应用,依功效辨析药物异同等方面;脉学中的“持脉之道,贵乎活泼”的特色体现在脉象归类、脉象应用、脉象变通等方面;临证辨治中的“辨体为要,尤擅脉诊”的特色体现在重视体质,注重体质与证、药的结合以及一指脉法与奇经八脉在临证中的作用等方面。
