摘要
通过设计星形接法/三角形接法绕组切换的永磁同步电动机(PMSM),来规避装配差异对电动机及空调压缩机试验结果造成的干扰,从而准确地反映两种接法对电动机空载反电动势、电感参数、全性能电动机效率及空调压缩机性能的影响。结果表明,空调压缩机采用星形接法永磁同步电动机比采用三角形接法永磁同步电动机的节能效果更好。
A PMSM with star/delta winding switching is designed to circumvent the interference of assembly differences on the motor and air conditioning compressor test results, so as to be able to reflect the influence of two connection methods on the no-load back electromotive force,inductor parameters and efficiency of the full performance motor correctly as well as the characteristics of the air-conditioning compressor. The results show that the air-conditioning compressor adopting the PMSM with star connections has better energy-saving effect than that adopting the PMSM with delta connections.
