摘要
针对石油化工装置中胺法脱硫单元对不同酸性气负荷贫液的需求,在炼厂现有溶剂再生装置双塔技术的基础上,提出利用一台溶剂再生塔,同时生产2种酸性气负荷贫液的溶剂再生单塔技术。采用ProMax模拟软件对双塔技术及单塔技术分别进行流程模拟,探索了单塔技术中再生塔高酸性气负荷贫液的抽出位置、溶剂再生塔汽提蒸汽消耗,计算了主要设备重量及装置单位能耗。对比双塔技术,单塔技术工艺流程能够有效降低装置单位能耗,更具有流程简单、投资低等优点。
Based on the existing amine regeneration process,an amine regeneration process is proposed to produce lean amine solution with high sour gas loading and lean amine solution with low sour gas loading at the same time in one regeneration tower.ProMax is used for process simulation to explore the extraction position of high sour gas loading lean amine solution of regeneration tower and steam consumption of stripper,calculate weight of main equipment and energy consumption.Compared with the existing process flow,new process flow can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the unit,and has the advantages of simple process flow and low investment.
