高密度自愈合水泥浆在酒东小间隙尾管固井中的应用

摘要 酒东油田地质情况复杂,储层压力系数最高超过1.90,油水层活跃,固井中易发生油、水窜;同时为了提高钻井速度降低钻井成本,应用“小三层”井身结构,环空间隙小,施工排量低,水泥环薄,给固井作业造成了一系列的技术难题,影响固井质量。近年来通过开展高密度水泥浆研究,优化固井工艺,初步形成了高密度自愈合水泥浆体系和小间隙尾管固井技术,现场应用10多口井,取得了良好的应用效果。 The geological condition of Jiudong oilfield is complicated,the highest reservoir pressure coefficient exceeds 1.90,the oil-water layer is active,the oil and water channeling is easy to occur in cementing;at the same time,in order to increase the drilling speed and reduce drilling cost,the "small three-layer" well structure is used,and the annular gap is small,The construction displacement is low,and the cement sheath is thin,which has caused a series of technical difficulties in the cementing operation and affect the cementing quality. In recent years,by carrying out research on high-density cement slurry and optimizing cementing technology,a high-density self-healing cement slurry system and small-gap liner cementing technology have been initially formed. More than 10 wells have been applied in the field,and good application results have been achieved.
