摘要
在油气井增产施工中易出现油管、钻杆变形、遇卡、油套无法连通等现象,目前采用爆炸切割、水力切割、化学切割、机械割刀切割等技术处理。而现有的切割技术存在无法过小切大,切割后有落物及危险品运输等问题。电缆输送无火工品切割技术利用火焰剂燃烧产生的高温、高压金属流体实现对金属管柱的切割,切割后无落物,切口整齐无胀径无翻边,火焰剂为非爆品,敏感时期、敏感地区运输和施工均不受限制。通过在京762x井的管柱切割作业,证明了该技术具有良好的切割效果及应用前景。
In the oil and gas well stimulation construction,it is easy to have the phenomena of tubing and drill pipe deformation,jamming and oil sleeve unable to connect. At present,explosive cutting,hydraulic cutting,chemical cutting,mechanical cutter cutting and other technologies are used. The existing cutting technology can not be too small to cut large,and there are problems such as falling objects and dangerous goods transportation after cutting. The cable conveying non explosive cutting technology uses the high-temperature and high-pressure metal fluid produced by the combustion of flame agent to cut the metal pipe column. There is no falling object after cutting,the incision is neat,there is no expansion diameter and no flanging. The flame agent is non explosive,and the transportation and construction in sensitive periods and sensitive areas are not limited. Through the string cutting operation in Jing 762x well,it is proved that this technology has good cutting effect and application prospect.
