在石油天然气长输管道建设中,随着全自动焊接技术逐渐成熟并广泛应用于长输管线的焊接施工中,所采用的焊接设备对管道焊接质量控制起着非常重要的作用。本文对熊谷A-300X自动焊机在北京燃气天津南港LNG应急储备项目外输管道工程天然气管道全自动焊接连头施工中的技术应用和焊接质量控制方面做了详细介绍。

In the construction of long-distance oil and gas pipelines,with the gradual maturity of automatic welding technology and its wide application in the welding construction of long-distance pipelines,the used welding equipment plays a very important role in the quality control of pipeline welding.This paper introduces in detail the technical application and welding quality control of Xionggu A-300X automatic welder in the construction of automatic welding joint of natural gas pipeline in Beijing Gas Tianjin Nangang LNG Emergency Reserve Project.
