摘要
三维辅助决策系统基于网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)技术,借助三维模型渲染仿真功能,构建了炼化厂区三维可视化能力。具体阐述了系统逻辑、软件架构、功能架构以及三维炼化厂区展示、战时标绘、事件模拟等功能模块,通过将三维地理信息系统可视化空间理念引入到三维炼化厂区应急辅助决策中,直观展示了炼化厂区的应急辅助决策态势,有效提高了在面对重特大突发事件时的应急管理能力。
The system is based on WebGIS technology,and with the help of 3d model rendering and simulation function,the 3d visualization ability of refinery plant is constructed. In this paper,the system logic,software architecture,functional architecture,as well as 3d refining and chemical plant display,wartime plotting,event simulation and other functional modules are elaborated in detail. By introducing the three-dimensional GIS visualization space concept into 3d refining and chemical plant emergency auxiliary decision-making,the emergency auxiliary decision-making situation of refining and chemical plant is displayed intuitively. It has effectively improved the ability of emergency management in the face of major emergencies.
