抽油机故障排查与隐患处理对策

Oil-pumping machine failure investigation and hidden danger treatment countermeasures

为了全面保障抽油机的安全高效运行,本次研究首先对抽油机设备进行简单概述,对抽油机故障排查措施进行分析,最后对抽油机隐患处理措施进行研究,为推动我国原油开发领域的进一步发展奠定基础。研究表明:在对原油资源进行开发的过程中,抽油机属于非常重要的设备,但是在抽油机运行的过程中,非常容易受到多种类型因素的影响,其中,异常响动、振动故障以及偏磨故障属于最为常见的故障问题,需要根据故障问题的不同,采取合理的故障排查方法,同时,需要通过定期检查的方式,发现抽油机的隐患问题,以便采取合理的处理措施,保障其长期处于安全高效的运行状态。

In order to fully ensure the safe and efficient operation of the oil pumping machine,this study first briefly overview the oil pump equipment,analyze the failure investigation measures of the oil pumping machine,and finally study the hidden dangers of oil pumping machines to promote the further development of my country’s crude oil development field lays the foundation. Studies have shown that during the development of crude oil resources,the oil pump is a very important equipment,but in the process of running the oil pump,it is very vulnerable to the influence of various types of factors. Among them Partial grinding failure is the most common problem of failure. It needs to be adopted according to the different problems of the failure.
