摘要
随着石油石化行业信息化建设的推进,四川石化65万t/a对二甲苯装置引进先进控制技术(APC)。本文介绍先进控制技术在对二甲苯装置的应用及装置能耗、收率及优化控制等方面取得的应用效果,供有先进控制需求的同类装置参考。
With the promotion of information construction in petroleum and petrochemical industry,PSPC introduced Advanced Process Control(APC) into it’s 650000 T/a p-xylene unit. This paper introduces the application of Advanced Process Control in p-Xylene unit and the application effect in plant energy consumption,yield and optimal control,etc,which can be used as a reference for similar units with APC requirements.
