The status of chemical industry in the development of modern society is self-evident,so the technological innovation and optimization of chemical industry also have an important impact on social economy and people’s survival and development. Under the background of energy saving,emission reduction and sustainable development,the research of energy saving and consumption reduction technology in chemical process has been paid much attention. This article DESCRIBES THE NECESSITY OF energetically ADVANCING THE energy saving and decreasing consumption technology research and application in chemical industry and analyzes the current situation of chemical industry energy consumption in China. Combined with the actual situation,the practical strategy of energy saving and consumption reduction technology in chemical process is analyzed,hoping to provide reference for related production units and technical personnel.
