摘要 针对当前电动汽车(EV)充电站规划研究未计及各充电需求指标间存在冲突和多利益主体共赢的问题,提出了一种基于CRITIC法和非合作博弈的电动汽车充电站双层规划方法.规划区域内保有EV构建EV充电站选址分项指标,采用CRITIC法进而建立能够反映EV充电需求的充电站选址综合指标.然后,对EV充电站三个参与方进行利益分析,通过非合作博弈论建立EV充电站的多主体博弈模型.最后,建立以EV充电站选址综合指标最大为目标的上层选址模型和以多主体博弈均衡为目标的下层定容模型,采用分支定界法和内嵌辅助目标函数的迭代搜索方法对模型上、下层进行迭代求解.工程实例表明该方法是正确、有效的. Aiming at the current research on electric vehicle(EV)charging station planning that does not take into account the conflict between charging demand indicators and the win-win situation of multiple stakeholders,a bi-level planning method for electric vehicle charging stations based on the CRITIC method and non-cooperative game theory is proposed.Then,the interests of the three participants of EV charging stations are analyzed,and the multi-agent game model of EV charging stations is established through non-cooperative game theory.Finally,the upper level location model aiming at maximizing the comprehensive location index of EV charging stations and the lower level constant volume model aiming at multi-agent game equilibrium are established.he branch-and-bound method and the iterative search method embedded auxiliary objective function are used to iteratively solve the upper and lower levels of the model.The validity and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the analysis of a practical example.
