长治市老年人健康照护需求及影响因素研究

Research on Health Care Needs and Influencing Factors of the Elderly in Changzhi

目的:了解长治市老年人健康照护需求及影响因素,为推进老年健康服务体系的构建提供参考依据。方法:根据便利抽样方法选取长治市潞州区60岁以上老年人进行健康照护需求问卷调查。结果:本次调查675例老年人中,慢性病患病率为56.44%,老年人健康照护需求得分为(70.36±11.97)分,有54.67%的老年人有健康照护需求;Logistic回归分析结果显示:80岁以上、有慢性病的老年人健康照护需求高,而新农合医保、社区养老、身体状况较好者健康照护需求低。结论:长治市老年人健康照护需求较高并受多种因素影响,应结合实际开展有针对性的个性化服务,构建老年人综合健康评估体系。

Objective:To understand the health care needs and influencing factors of the elderly,and to provide a reference for promoting the construction of the elderly health service system in Changzhi.Methods:By convenient sampling,the elderly over 60 years old in the Luhou District of Changzhi were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on their health care needs.Results:A total of 675 elderly were investigated and the prevalence of chronic diseases was 56.4%,the score of health care needs was 70.36±11.97;the results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the elderly over 80 years old with chronic diseases have a higher demand for health care,while the new rural cooperative medical insurance,community endowment and those in good health condition have a lower demand for health care,which are protective factors.Conclusion:The needs of health care for the elderly were higher and they were influenced by many factors in Changzhi.It is necessary to carry out targeted personalized services and build a comprehensive health assessment system for the elderly.
