摘要
磁力搅拌器在搅拌粘滞流体的过程中,存在一种搅拌子上跳并且磁悬浮的现象,一论文对该现象的机械运动给出了解释,使用了磁偶极子假设和单倍周期关系,而磁偶极子假设可以使用更接近实际情况的具有厚度的环形磁铁计算:通过将搅拌器的环形磁铁拆分成一组电流环再积分,可以给出更为精确的结果。同时基于Mathematica的数值计算也找到了支持单倍周期关系的理论依据。该现象对存在磁场时的角速度测量装置和复杂的磁悬浮装置给出了可替代方案,而解析的磁场能用于厚环形磁铁磁场的计算。
The mechanical motion of magnetic levitation of magnetic stirrer when stirring viscous fluid has been explained in one paper,using the magnetic dipole hypothesis and the haploid period relationship.The magnetic dipole hypothesis can be calculated by using a ring magnet with thickness closer to the actual situation.More accurate results can be obtained by dividing the ring magnet of the agitator into a group of current rings and integrating them.Meanwhile the numerical calculation based on Mathematica also found theoretical basis supporting the haploid period relationship.This phenomenon provides an alternative scheme for the angular velocity measurement device and the complex magnetic levitation device in the presence of a magnetic field,and the analytical magnetic field can be used to calculate the magnetic field of a thick circular magnet.
