食物不耐受相关疾病儿童食物sIgG近十年情况分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解儿童食物不耐受及相关疾病情况。方法检索中国知网2010年1月至2022年1月发表的有关中国儿童食物不耐受的相关文献筛选后纳入研究,提取作者信息、发表时间、研究地区、研究对象、病例数、性别分布、年龄分段、总IgG阳性率、食物特异性IgG阳性率及儿童食物不耐受相关疾病等信息,进行整理归纳分析。结果食物不耐受在儿童,特别是慢性疾病或过敏性疾病儿童中普遍存在,临床症状表现多样,可累及全身各个系统,特别是皮肤、呼吸及消化系统;鸡蛋、牛奶是居于前两位的不耐受食物,此外,小麦、西红柿、大豆、大米、玉米、螃蟹、鳕鱼等食物不耐受阳性率也较高;绝大多数食物不耐受阳性率在幼儿期、学龄前期明显高于婴儿期、学龄期;不同地域(南方、北方)儿童食物不耐受情况既有一致性,又存在差异;不同等级城市儿童食物不耐受情况差异不明显(P>0.05);不同性别儿童食物不耐受差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿童食物不耐受现象常见,与儿童多种慢性疾病、过敏性疾病及生长发育密切相关,必须高度关注儿童食物不耐受情况。 Objective To study food intolerance and related diseases in children.Methods Studies published on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)between January,2010 and January,2022 about Chinese children’s food intolerance were searched and filtering into the study.We extracted the author information,published time,study area,the research object,the number of cases,gender,age section,the positive rate of total IgG,food distribution specific IgG positive rate and children’s food intolerance related diseases such as information.We then conducted sort out inductive analysis.Results Food intolerance was common in children,especially in children with chronic diseases or allergic diseases.The clinical symptoms were diverse and could accumulate in all systems of the body,especially the skin,respiratory and digestive systems.Eggs and milk were the first two intolerant foods.In addition,wheat,tomato,soybean,rice,corn,crab,cod and other intolerant foods were also high.The positive rate of most food intolerances in early childhood and pre-school age was significantly higher than that in infancy and school age.The food intolerance of children in different regions(e.g.south and north)had both consistency and differences.There was no significant difference in food intolerance among urban children of different grades(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in food intolerance between children of different genders(P>0.05).Conclusion Food intolerance in children is a common phenomenon,which is closely related to children’s chronic diseases,allergic diseases and growth and development.Therefore,attention should be paid to food intolerance in children.
