急性缺血性脑卒中复发的相关危险因素分析

An Analysis of Risk Factors for Recurrence of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中复发的相关危险因素。方法收集2020年1月至12月我院收治的首发急性缺血性脑卒中患者161例,临床资料包括性别、年龄、高血压、高血脂症、糖尿病、冠心病、房颤、吸烟及饮酒史等,同时纳入入院时肝、肾功能,血脂、血糖、凝血、血常规等实验室检验数据和NHISS评分,以及半年内是否复发等因素,采用多因素Logistic回归方法分析复发相关危险因素。结果Logistic回归分析发现有房颤史、RBC减低、D-D增高这3项因素是急性缺血性脑卒中患者复发的相关危险因素(P<0.05)。结论尽早发现影响急性缺血性脑卒中患者复发的危险因素,并对这些危险因素采取积极有效的控制措施,有助于预防急性缺血性脑卒中复发。

Objective To investigate the risk factors for recurrence of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 161 patients with first-episode acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January,to December,2020 were collected for the study.The clinical data included gender,age,hyperlipemia,hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,history of atrial fibrillation,and history of smoking and drinking,etc.Multivariate logistic regression was applied to analyze the factors related to relapse,including clinical characteristics,laboratory test indicators at admission(liver and kidney function,blood lipids,blood glucose,coagulation,routine blood tests,etc.),NHISS score,and relapse within six months.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that history of atrial fibrillation,decreased RBC and increased D-D were related risk factors for recurrence in patients with acute ischemic stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion Our study suggests that early detection of these risk factors,as well as active and effective control measures are helpful to prevent the recurrence of acute ischemic stroke.
