3种试剂检测新冠Delta变异毒株结果比较分析

摘要 目的通过对1例Delta新型冠状病毒变异毒株感染病例进行分析,对两种不同采样部位核酸阳性检测敏感性以及不同试剂对变异毒株的检测能力进行比较总结,为疫情防控工作和其他实验室核酸检测工作提供参考。方法连续多日进行鼻、咽双部位采样,使用达安新冠核酸检测试剂,明德新冠核酸检测试剂和卡尤迪新冠核酸快速检测试剂进行检测,比较分析检测结果。结果该病例入境14d后检测出阳性,鼻拭子和咽拭子两份样本3种检测试剂均能检出阳性,鼻拭子阳性检测敏感性高于咽拭子。快速核酸检测试剂阳性检测敏感性低于常规核酸检测试剂。结论目前的核酸检测试剂和技术仍能有效检出新型冠状病毒变异毒株,为了提高阳性检出率,应对高风险人群同时采集鼻拭子和咽拭子进行核酸检测。 Objective By analyzing a case with SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant infection,the sensitivity of nucleic acid positive test in two different sampling sites and the detection ability of three reagents for SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant were evaluated and summarized,which provides references for epidemic prevention and other nucleic acid testing work in laboratories.Methods Nasal and pharynx samples were collected for multiple consecutive days,and these samples were then tested with DaAn,MingDe and KaYouDi nucleic acid detection reagents,and the test results were compared and analyzed.Results The study case was tested positive 14 days after entering our country.All three test reagents in nasal and pharyngeal swabs showed positive results,and the sensitivity of positive test in nasal swabs was higher than that in pharyngeal swabs.The sensitivity of rapid nucleic acid detection reagent was lower than that of conventional nucleic acid detection reagent.Conclusion Current nucleic acid testing reagents and technologies can still effectively detect SARS-CoV-2 variant,In order to improve the positive detection rate,both nasal swabs and throat swabs should be collected for nucleic acid testing at the same time.
