复配稳定剂对废旧聚丙烯再生料抗老化性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Compound Stabilizer on Anti-Aging Properties of Waste Polypropylene Recycled Materials

摘要 利用光稳定剂和抗氧剂的协同作用,以提升废旧聚丙烯再生料的抗老化性能。测试氙灯老化后废旧聚丙烯再生料的力学性能和表面形貌,探讨光稳定剂及抗氧剂的复配体系对废旧聚丙烯再生料的抗老化性能的影响。结果表明:当紫外线吸收光稳定剂(UV327)与受阻胺光稳定剂(770)复配添加时,废旧聚丙烯再生料的抗老化效果较好。当抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168与光稳定剂复配添加时能够产生协同效应,提高废旧聚丙烯再生料的抗老化效果。当光稳定剂组分(UV327/770)为0.1份,抗氧剂(1010)为0.1份,抗氧剂(168)为0.2份,老化480 h后废旧聚丙烯再生料的冲击强度保留率(90.3%)最佳,断裂伸长率的保留率(53.4%)和拉伸强度的保留率(111.2%)较好,其粉化进程得到有效延缓。 The synergistic effect of light stabilizer and antioxidant was used to improve the anti-aging properties of waste polypropylene recycled materials.The mechanical properties and surface morphology of waste polypropylene recycled materials after xenon lamp aging were tested.The effects of light stabilizer and antioxidant on the anti-aging properties of waste polypropylene recycled materials were discussed.The results show that the anti-aging effect of waste polypropylene recycled materials is better when the ultraviolet absorption light stabilizer(UV327) and hindered amine light stabilizer(770) are added together.When antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 168 are added together with light stabilizer,synergistic effect can be produced to improve the anti-aging effect of waste polypropylene recycled materials.When the light stabilizer component(UV327/770) is 0.1 phr,the antioxidant(1010) is 0.1 phr,and the antioxidant(168) is 0.2 phr,the impact strength retention rate(90.3%) of the waste polypropylene recycled material is the best after 480 h aging,the retention rate of elongation at break(53.4%) and the retention rate of tensile strength(111.2%) are better,and the pulverization process is effectively delayed.
