不同上浆方式对碳纤增强聚苯硫醚复合材料力学性能影响

Effect of Different Sizing Methods on Mechanical Properties of Carbon Fiber Reinforced PPS Composite

摘要 采用不同上浆方式(涂覆法、迁移法)改性碳纤维(CF),并将改性CF与聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合,制备碳纤维增强聚苯硫醚(PPS/CF)复合材料,研究增强PPS树脂综合性能的最佳方式。通过拉伸性能、冲击性能、弯曲性能及动态力学等测试,讨论不同CF的改性方式对PPS基体树脂力学性能的影响。结果表明:KH560溶液涂覆处理的CF能够与PPS树脂基体较好地结合。不同含量偶联剂KH560溶液通过迁移法改性CF同样可以较好地改善CF与PPS树脂之间的结合性能,提高复合材料的综合力学性能。 Carbon fiber(CF) was modified by different sizing methods(coating method,migration method),and the modified CF was compounded with polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) to prepare carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide(PPS/CF) composites.The best way to enhance the comprehensive properties of PPS resin was studied.The effects of different CF modification methods on the mechanical properties of PPS matrix resin were discussed by testing tensile properties,impact properties,bending properties and dynamic mechanics.The results show that CF coated with KH560solution can combine well with PPS resin matrix.Different content of coupling agent KH560 solution modified CF by migration method can also improve the bonding properties between CF and PPS resin,improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of composites.
