基于Moldflow的异形开关哈夫滑块注塑模具优化设计 被引量:6

Optimization Design of Injection Mold for Special-Shaped Switch Huff Slider Based on Moldflow

摘要 以某异形开关零件为例,分析其外形结构特点。利用Moldflow软件设计一模四腔模具的浇注系统和冷却系统,并对注塑过程的充填时间、翘曲变形量、熔接痕和流动前沿温度等参数进行分析。通过UG软件对模具的分型面、型芯、型腔和顶出机构等进行详细设计,并介绍了模具的工作过程。模具分型采用一种分体式哈夫块结构,解决了侧抽芯脱模与零件特征干涉的问题,并根据零件内侧空间狭小,无法安装斜顶、顶针的特点采用推板推出机构,为此类型零件的脱模顶出提供了解决方案。本套模具经实际生产验证,结构合理,零件成品率高。 Taking a special switch part as an example,the characteristics of its shape and structure were analyzed.The gating system and cooling system of mold with four cavities were designed and the injection process was analyzed based on Moldflow software.The filling time,warpage deformation,welding line and flow front temperature were analyzed in the injection process.The parting surface,core,cavity and ejection mechanism of the mold were designed in detail by UG software,and the working process of the mold was introduced.A split-type half structure was adopted for in the parting design to solve the interference characteristics of side core-pulling demoulding and parts.According to the characteristics of the narrow inner space of the parts,which was impossible to install the inclined ejector and the ejector pin,the stripper plate mechanism was applied,and supplied a solution for the ejection of this type of parts.This design of molds is verified by practical production,and the structure is reasonable and the parts yield is high.
