摘要
为减轻城市因停车位不足而导致汽车乱停乱放的现象,设计了3层9列的升降横移立体车库系统。使用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为控制单元,并结合希福特曼人机界面进行可视化界面展示和操作。采用RS-485协议进行控制单元和人机模块的数据通信。使用LAD语言开发出功能完善的报警提示模式、自动运行模式、手动运行模式和故障检修模式。与市场同类型设备比较,其功能更加齐全、自动化程度高、运行故障率更小,同时处理故障的效率显著提高。该研究为市场同类型设备的电气控制设计提供了借鉴。
In order to reduce the phenomenon that cars are parked disorderly due to insufficient parking spaces in the city, the three-story and nine-column lifting and transverse stereo garage system is designed.The programmable logic controller(PLC) is used as the control unit, and the visual interface display and operation are carried out in combination with the Schiffman man-machine interface.RS-485 protocol is used for data communication between control unit and man-machine module.The alarm prompt mode, automatic operation mode, manual operation mode and troubleshooting mode with perfect functions are developed by using LAD language.Compared with the same type of equipment in the market, it has more complete functions, high degree of automation, less operation failure rate, and significantly improves the efficiency of fault handling.It provides a feasible idea for the electrical control design of the same type of equipment in the market.
