基于AHP法的信号发生器综合评价方法研究

摘要 为推进计量设备国产化替代、探索国产计量设备综合评价方法,以信号发生器为例开展了综合评价方法研究。采用层次分析法构建了综合评价指标体系,通过层次分析法确定了指标权重,提出了评价指标打分方法,并基于某两型先进国产信号发生器开展了实际试验评价。研究结果表明,国产信号发生器与国外高端产品存在一定差距,特别是在计量特性、内部信号调制特性、电磁兼容性等方面差距较大。该研究创新性地将综合评价方法引入计量设备性能综合评价领域,分析找出了两型国产信号发生器的性能更优者。该方法可以为用户单位进行产品选优提供技术手段,为高端计量设备国产化替代选型提供依据。 To promote the localization of measuring equipment replacement, explore the comprehensive evaluation method of domestic measuring equipment, the signal generator as an example of a comprehensive evaluation method is studied. The hierarchical analysis method is used to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system, determine the index weights through hierarchical analysis, put forward the evaluation index scoring method, and based on two advanced domestic signal generators to carry out the actual test evaluation. The research results show that there is a certain gap between domestic signal generators and foreign high-end products, especially in the measurement characteristics, internal signal modulation characteristics, electromagnetic compatibility and other aspects of the gap is large. The research innovatively introduces the comprehensive evaluation method into the field of comprehensive evaluation of the performance of metering equipment and analyzes and finds out the better performance of two types of domestic signal generators. The method can provide technical means for the user unit to select the best products and provide methodological basis for the alternative selection of high-end metering equipment.
