郴州市乡村振兴工作调查分析

Investigation and analysis of rural revitalization in Chenzhou

乡村振兴战略是中国经济社会发展方式的重大转变,这个转变包括建立健全城乡融合发展体制机制、政策体系和调整城市化发展战略两方面。乡村振兴既可以减缓“大城市病”和大城市生态资源紧张、社会负担,又可以促进城乡之间和区域之间均衡发展。结合郴州市精准扶贫及乡村振兴工作现状,通过全市老科协系统组织的调查研究,分析社会经济基本情况,提出乡村振兴面临的问题与工作建议:制定乡村振兴规划、实现城乡融合发展、壮大优势特色产业、建立健全乡村治理机制、推进乡村文明建设。

The strategy of rural revitalization is a vital change of China’s economic and social development mode. This transformation includes two aspects: one is to establish and improve the system and policy system of urban-rural integrated development, and the other one is to adjust the urbanization development strategy. Rural revitalization can not only alleviate the urban diseases, the ecological resources shortage and social burden, but also promote the balanced development between urban and rural areas and between regions. Based on the current situation of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Chenzhou, this paper analyzes the basic social and economic situation, and puts forward some problems and suggestions for rural revitalization through the survey and research organized by Old Science Association of Chenzhou City. It calls for the formulation of rural revitalization plans, the realization of urban-rural integration and development, the expansion of preponderant distinctive industries, the establishment and improvement of rural governance mechanisms, and the promotion of rural civilization.
