摘要 随着国家素质教育教学改革的持续深入,学校体育课程管理工作在各类课程管理体系中的功能日益凸显。大学体育教学管理的效果和教学质量对于培养学生的运动素养有着重大的意义,同时也影响着学生的身心发展。这些直接关系到中国高校学生总体的素质教育水平,所以对于教育工作者来说,一定要正确认识当前中国高校体育教学管理工作存在的困难与问题。中国高校体育教学管理工作的理念一定要顺应最新的发展形势,逐步改革教学管理中的陈旧理念,并力求从不同视角寻找和提供创新性的解决方法。通过具体分析高校体育教学工作的重要性并指出目前高校体育教学管理所面临的困境,提出了一些具有针对性的解决方案,以期对高校体育教学的改革有所帮助。 With the continuous deepening of the teaching reform of national quality-oriented education,the function of school physical education curriculum management in various curriculum management systems has become increasingly prominent.The effect of college physical education teaching management and teaching quality are of great significance to cultivate students′sports literacy,but also affect students′physical and mental development.These are directly related to the overall quality education level of Chinese college students.Therefore,educators must correctly understand the difficulties and problems existing in the current physical education teaching management in Chinese colleges and universities.The concept of physical education teaching management in Chinese colleges and universities must conform to the latest development situation and policies,gradually reform the old concept in teaching management,and strive to find and provide innovative solutions from different perspectives.This paper analyzes the importance of physical education in colleges and universities,points out the difficulties faced by the management of physical education in colleges and universities,and puts forward some targeted solutions in order to contribute to the reform of physical education in colleges and universities.
