高校体育教育中的健美操课程具有多项教育功能,其时尚、动感的教学活动形式备受大学生喜爱。为了更加深入探究高校健美操课堂内外教学一体化模式,需先了解相关概念与理论基础,明确课堂内外一体化教学模式对高校健美操课程的创新意义,针对现行教学中存在的影响因素,提出有助于高校健美操课程的创新策略,继而培育学生的终身体育意识,促进高校学生全面发展。

Aerobics course in physical education in colleges and universities have many educational functions,and its fashionable and dynamic teaching activities are popular among college students.In order to further explore the model of integration of inside and outside in aerobics classes in colleges and universities,it is necessary to understand the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,clarify the innovative significance of the integration of inside and outside in aerobics classes in colleges and universities.In view of the influencing factors existing in the current teaching,some innovative strategies which contribute to aerobics course in colleges and universities are proposed,so as to cultivate students′lifelong physical education consciousness and promote the all-round development of college students.
