论国能新朔大准铁路站场房屋标准化建设策略分析

Analysis on House Standardization Construction Strategy of CHN Energy Xinshuo Datong-Zhungeer Railway Station Yard

为贯彻落实国家能源集团公司“一个目标,三型五化,七个一流”战略目标,新朔铁路公司计划在“十四五”规划期内,统筹规划,逐步安排大准线标准化建设工作,以改变大准铁路沿线职工办公住宿条件差,站区房屋布置零乱,建筑物外观外貌陈旧,办公住宿设备设施“标准低”,整体建设标准明显落后于集团内其他铁路公司的现状。本文针对打造大准铁路沿线站房标准进行深入分析,以为其他工程项目提供参考。

In order to implement the CHN Energy Company’s strategic goal of"one goal,three types and five standards,and seven top-grade",Xinshuo Railway Company plans to make an overall planning during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,and gradually arrange the standardization construction of Datong-Zhungeer Railway,so as to change the current situations of poor office and accommodation conditions of employees along the Datong-Zhungeer Railway,the disorderly arrangement of houses in the station area,the outdated appearance of the buildings,the"low standard"of office and accommodation equipment and facilities,and the overall construction standards obviously lagged behind other railway companies in the group.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the house standards for station yard along the Datong-Zhungeer Railway,and provides reference for other engineering projects.
