随着国家经济的发展,城市化建设的进程逐渐加快,全国各地的建筑工程体量不断拓展壮大,为了解决建筑工程中建设工期长、参与人员多、作业面较差广等特点所导致的层出不穷的安全问题,采用PDCA这一科学理论针对建筑工程过程中较大的危险性、不安全风险点等进行分析研究,提出解决安全问题的科学方法,指出PDCA循环理论在建筑工程安全管理中的促进作用与实践意义,以供参考。

With the development of the national economy,the process of urbanization construction is gradually accelerated,and the volume of construction projects across the China continues to expand.In order to solve the successive safety problems caused by the characteristics of long construction period,many participants,and poor and wide operation area in construction projects,the scientific theory of PDCA is used to analyze and study the greater danger and unsafe risk points in the process of construction engineering,propose scientific methods to solve safety problems,and point out the promotion effect and practical significance of PDCA cycle theory in construction engineering safety management for reference.
