从当前我国社会和产业的发展情况来分析,土建工程建设企业具有非常良好的发展前景。在当前时期,土建工程建设企业赖以生存的根本在于其施工质量,无论是小型土建工程,还是大型土建项目,施工质量都是土建施工企业必须要控制的一个关键节点。基于此,文章首先阐释了土建工程建设中全过程管理的重要性以及基本全职,然后结合工程施工实际总结了全过程管理工作中存在的问题,最后提出了一些建议,旨在给土建行业相关工作人员提供有益参考。

From the analysis of the current social and industrial development in China,civil engineering construction enterprises have a very good development prospect.In the current period,the foundation for the survival of civil engineering construction enterprises lies in their construction quality.No matter it is a small-scale civil engineering project or a large-scale civil engineering project,the construction quality is a key node that civil engineering construction enterprises must control.Based on this evidence,this paper first explains the importance and basic function of the whole process management in civil engineering construction,then summarizes the problems existing in the whole process management in combination with the actual construction of the project,and finally puts forward some suggestions,aiming at providing useful reference for relevant staff in the civil engineering industry.
