浅析烟囱抗震加固施工技术

Analysis on Construction Technology of Chimney Seismic Reinforcement

我国有大量的烟囱类别的建筑构筑物,经过长时间的使用,很多烟囱出现了主体老化、筒壁开裂、地基不均匀沉降等问题,旧的抗震设计也不能满足现在的标注,因此需要对出现问题的烟囱进行加固处理。建筑加固中主体结构加固经常遇到,但是像烟囱加固这一类的项目在实际工程中还是很少遇到的,很多施工人员也很难学习到烟囱抗震加固技术。我国的烟囱主要有砖烟囱、钢筋混凝土烟囱、钢结构烟囱,一般比较高的烟囱是砖烟囱和混凝土烟囱。本文主要介绍砖烟囱和钢筋混凝土烟囱的抗震鉴定和加固方法,通过分析烟囱加固方法,来介绍烟囱抗震加固的相关知识,能为施工人员在遇到烟囱加固项目时提供一些参考。

There are a large number of building structure of chimney type in China.After a long time of use,many chimneys have problems such as aging of the main body,cracking of the cylinder wall and uneven settlement of the foundation.The old seismic design cannot meet the current marking,so it is necessary to reinforce the chimneys with problems.The main structure reinforcement is often encountered in the building reinforcement,but the project like chimney reinforcement is rarely encountered in the actual engineering,and many construction personnel are also difficult to learn the chimney seismic reinforcement technology.The chimneys of China basically contain the brick chimney,reinforced concrete chimney,and steel structure chimney,the taller chimneys are brick chimney and concrete chimney.This paper mainly introduces the seismic appraisal and reinforcement method of brick chimney and reinforced concrete chimney.Through analyzing the reinforcement method of chimney,it introduces the relevant knowledge of seismic reinforcement of chimney,which can provide some reference for the construction personnel upon the project of chimney reinforcement.
