摘要
传播学视阈下,中央文献翻译是一个跨语际、跨文化的信息传播和交际的社会实践过程。因此,中央文献翻译策略呈多维性,即译者在翻译过程中需综合运用语言策略、文化策略和过程策略。语言策略是指翻译操作应涉及句法、语义、风格、语用等不同层面;文化策略强调以异化为主,彰显源语文本的中国特色;过程策略则是对翻译参与者主体性的观照。中央文献译者通过运用翻译多维策略,使译文能让译语受众读得进、读得懂,从而有助于“自塑”国家形象,推动对外话语体系建构。
The translation of CPC literature is,from the perspective of communication,an interlingual and intercultural social practice and therefore calls for multi-dimensional translation strategies,which means that the translator is required to employ integratedly linguistic,cultural and procedural strategies in the process of translating.Linguistic strategy advocates the processing of the source language text(SLT) at the syntactic,semantic,stylistic and text-pragmatic levels;Cultural strategy prioritizes the use of foreignization to manifest Chinese characteristics of the SLT;Procedural strategy involves the subjectivity of different participants of the translation activity.The multi-dimensional translation strategies are expected to make the target language text(TLT) more readable and acceptable to the target audience,thus helping to shape a better national image on our own and facilitate the building of China’s international discourse system.
